A message from our local owners
Adam & Stephanie Gibson:

We have been teaching martial arts since 2001. With our extensive teaching experience, there is nothing better than seeing our students grow into the amazing humans we know they can be.

At Excel, our goal is to promote participation, honesty and integrity, as a means to discovering one's greatness. Martial arts training supports positive development of self-confidence and self-esteem, while improving physical fitness and mental wellness. Created through the integration of both traditional and contemporary disciplines, Excel offers a holistic martial arts program for children, adults and families.

With every class, we see the students grow. Martial arts provides them with instant positive feedback. They can see for themselves what happens when they focus, follow the instructions and apply the techniques to what they are doing. Success occurs and then they start taking those principles to other areas of their lives like the classroom, work and home.
